Quality horses to race around the country this Saturday

The WFA horses run in the G2 Zipping Classic (2400m) and Vow And Declare ($4.50) tries to make it back to back wins. He will have some company from the likes of front runner Deny Knowledge ($4.50), the flying Muramasa ($4.50), Duke De Sessa ($6) and G1 horse Huetor ($6).

In the G2 Sandown Guineas (1600m) there are some newcomers to the feature race space. Power Of The Brave ($15) heads south to take on Flying Fizz ($6), Vivy Air ($15) and the class runner Arkansaw Kid heads the market with betting sites at $2.20.

The middle pin of the majors in Perth’s carnival is the G1 Winterbottom Stakes (1200m) and the locals look to stave off the interstate brigade again.

Overpass ($2.80) has to be the main contender there given he’s already a big race winner over this course and distance in The Quokka back in April. Triple Missile ($6) also heads west coming off solid Melbourne Spring carnival sprints. The big interest locally is the 3yo Ripcord ($8) who was fantastic in the Placid Ark and gets the weight advantage.

One of the important lead ups to The Ingham is the Listed Festival Stakes run at Rosehill on the weekend. Promising horses like Grebeni ($4.50), Tazaral ($15) and Finepoint ($11) are to be watched.
